Christina has maintained a regular yoga practice since getting sober in 2015. She also incorporates meditation, breathwork, and ayurvedic lifestyle practices, striving for health and balance in her life. She is passionate about continuing her education and deepening her practice, often attending workshops and retreats locally, regionally, and abroad. Christina holds a dual certification in dharma and spiritual life coaching from ICF-accredited Dharma Coaching Institute as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southeastern Louisiana University where she majored in Liberal Arts with a Music Concentration.
Christina is a longtime resident of Mandeville where she lives with her husband, Ralph, and their spoiled throwback Pomeranian, da Vinci. In her free time Christina enjoys co-hosting her podcast (The Dharma Diaries), writing, singing, reading, walking, and being with family and friends.
