Deep Dive into Self-Transformation:
The Mindful Mastery Method (3M) Workshop
Are you ready to go beyond surface-level solutions and dive deep into your personal transformation journey? Join us for an immersive and transformative workshop using the Mindful Mastery Method (3M), designed for those who crave profound and lasting change.
In this workshop, you will:
• Identify and Understand Reactions: Recognize your typical reactions to stress and triggers, both past and current.
• Discover Underlying Triggers: Explore what tends to cause stress and trigger your reactions, and understand the traits associated with these triggers.
• Examine Thoughts and Beliefs: Uncover the thoughts and beliefs that arise about yourself and these triggers.
• Navigate Emotions and Body Sensations: Develop skills to notice and work with the feelings, emotions, and body sensations that come up around your reactions and programming.
• Uncover Deep-Seated Stories: Use the Mirror Ball technique to identify the programming such as stories, beliefs, coping strategies and parts that are running both consciously and unconsciously around the traits of the trigger.
• Trace Back to the Origin: Find the function of the programming by tracing it to when it originated and connect with your vulnerable self that was present at the time.
• Transformation: Learn the importance of authentic appreciation for your programming. Since it originated to help the vulnerable self in getting needs met and/or be protected from pain, you can notice in real time how the Programming relaxes as we use these tools.
This workshop is designed to complement and build upon the benefits gained from practices like positive affirmations, mindfulness, vision boards, journaling, gratitude lists, self-help books, affirmations, yoga, and more. With the guidance of the 3M worksheet, you'll gain practical tools and insights that foster greater emotional resilience and inner peace. The 3M practice can take participants deeper into their personal transformation journey. Sharing is optional but encouraged within a confidential and supportive environment.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

June Jackson developed the Mindful Mastery Method (3M), to help Wellness Professionals master the techniques needed to be skilled facilitators. She has extensive experience in helping individuals achieve personal transformation. Co-founder of Mindful Integration LLC, June specializes in deconstructing limiting beliefs and fostering deep, lasting change.
With a rich background in trauma work, she has successfully trained over 130 facilitators to work with their own clients using these tools. June is also a published author, with her book reaching number 2 on the Amazon new releases list in 2023. Her mission is to empower others to find genuine freedom, peace, and inner empowerment.
