- Join Christina for a tranquil yoga class that beautifully combines the gentle, meditative elements of yin yoga with the deeply relaxing qualities of restorative yoga.
This class is perfect for practitioners of all levels, providing a soothing environment that promotes both physical and mental well-being. This practice utilizes supportive props for long-held yin asanas that target the deeper connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and joint mobility. The restorative postures, also supported by props, encourage complete relaxation with focus on the breath, helping to release tension and stress. This harmonious blend allows your body to unwind and rejuvenate while fostering a calm and centered mind. The spa-like ambiance of our class, complete with soft lighting and calming music, enhances the restorative experience, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
