• ​Meet at the Tammany Trace Trailhead in Abita Springs Park.
• All are welcome to join.
• Walk (not power walk) up to 1 hour each time.
• Walk in inclement weather, unless there is heavy rain or lightning.
• Meet again in 3 months to assess the program and make changes the group elects to make.
• People can give contact information to walk organizer, if they desire to receive reminders and communications about walks.​
