You are invited to a personal renewal retreat!
Take a day at the start of “the new school year” to focus on personal goals and intentions.
This retreat will focus on learning to reconnect with our deep source for rest and renewal, while at the same time looking at our intentional growth. It will also touch on increasing our three-centered awareness. These three centers are our connection to the physical body, the emotional/relational heart space, and the thinking mind.
When in alignment, these connect us to the universal. Their alignment is increasingly being recognized within spiritual and psychological communities as the doorway to living a life of integrity and joy.
This retreat is a primarily silent day that will allow participants to reconnect with their deepest selves, share time for stillness and personal reflection, and engage in small group discussion.

Anna Maria Signorelli, LCSW-BACS
AnnaMaria is a social worker, psychotherapist and organizational consultant. In addition to her private psychotherapy practice, she is a clinical supervisor and systems adviser. She has been facilitating organizational retreats for 30 over years, and renewal and spiritual retreats for over 17 years. Over the past 40 years, she has developed special interest and expertise in the field of spiritual psychology. This interest follows her lifelong personal exploration of religious traditions and contemplative practices which support compassionate and joyful engagement in everyday life.
