Natalie and Carolee are collaborating to offer weekly Mind-Body Self-Care Practices on Saturday mornings during this challenging time for all of us. In these weekly virtual workshops, you'll practice self-care exercises that are simple tools to support your resilience and optimize your well-being. When you participate in these workshops, you can expect to reduce your stress, increase your calm, and sharpen your focus on what you need right now to feel better.

Natalie and Carolee will weave together teachings from their coach and mind-body trainings in these virtual workshops. Their mentors include Louise L. Hay, world renowned teacher and best-selling author of many books, such as You Can Heal Your Life, The Power is Within You, and more. For more than 25 years, Louise's teachings have assisted millions of people in discovering and using the full potential of their own creative powers for personal growth and self-healing. Also included will be teachings from The Be Body Positive Institute that help individuals develop balanced, joyful self-care behaviors and a relationship with their bodies that is guided by love. Concepts will also be drawn from teaching of The Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
