Negative Impacts of Stress on the Body and Ways to Alleviate It

Our society is more stressed than ever. Many people deal with chronic stress. Stress affects the body in various ways and if not dealt with can cause a range of mental and physical health issues. Learning about the effects of stress can help us understand why certain issues are prevalent within our minds and bodies.

Joyce Wheeler will share with you the harmful effects many of us are dealing with due to stress. She will also share information on natural modalities that can aid with chronic stress. Examples of modalities are energy work, plant-based supplements, essential oils, herbs and crystals. These are things that Joyce has educated herself about through personal research and incorporates into her own life. Joyce has helped others have a better quality of life naturally using these same simple modalities.

If you or someone you know deals with stress or anxiety, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn how to be the best you can naturally.

Joyce Wheeler has been leading a natural/holistic lifestyle since 2012. She has written and published a natural living magazine, was a freelance writer on the topic, conducts personal research on natural living, speaks on the topic, blogs on natural/holistic living and has been podcasting on the topic since 2015. Joyce is not a healthcare professional; the information she is sharing is strictly for educational purposes.
