SoulCollage®: the Pandemic and You

An online workshop (via Zoom) for making and reading 5x8 collage cards
Here’s a chance to explore and express the wisdom and guidance of your inner knowing through visual imagery for help in navigating these highly charged times. You'll get to select and intuitively assemble images that express something of yourself and your response to what is happening personally and in the world.
The engaging process of SoulCollage®, created by Seena Frost, allows entry into the rich world of image and metaphor, into a realm beyond words allowing the wisdom of your intuition to inform and even surprise you.
Since we are not able to meet in person, you will need to provide your own materials. This should involve very little to no expense. The materials you will need include: scissors and/or an exacto knife, a paper glue stick, a few self-made 5”x8” cards (cardboard or card stock) and sources of images such as magazines and old calendars.

For over 30 years she has led workshops integrating the visual arts, movement and drama.
