SoulCollage® is a transformative method with many applications. It involves arranging images and gluing them onto 5x8” cards. We explore and express ourselves by making cards, sharing cards, journaling, and consulting our cards about our own life questions.

Healing Hearts with Art is a community-driven initiative supported by local artists and volunteers committed to promoting well-being through creative expression. The project is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the St Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment for the Arts.

MEET THE PRESENTER: Catherine Williams has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with emphasis on Drama Therapy. She has facilitated SoulCollage® workshops since 2011, and has co-facilitated several retreats at the Women’s Center. She is also a certified teacher of the Enneagram of Personality. Recently she has completed training in Family Constellations work. For over 30 years Catherine has led workshops integrating psychology, the visual arts, movement and drama.
