Cleansing Juices, Food, and Mind-Body Lifestyle -

A Retreat with Virginia Davis and Suzanne Harper

This experiential retreat will focus on whole body cleansing and creating a Mind-Body Lifestyle. We will use the following modalities:
  • Juicing
  • Ayurvedic Cleansing with cooked food
  • Therapeutic Movement (Qigong)
  • Mindfulness and Focused Attention Practices
  • Guided Imagery
  • Self-Abdominal Massage and
  • Do-In Self Massage

We will also share information about Organs of Elimination, teach a basic Foot Reflexology routine, and give a talk about Supplements to Support Cleansing.

This is a retreat, therefore sleep-over is recommended for optimum experience, however if you need to spend the night elsewhere, that is acceptable.

30-minute abdominal massages will be available for $25

Virginia Davis and Suzanne Harper are both long-term students and teachers of Health and Fitness.
