​Rejuvenation Day

Organ Strengthening & Cleansing Through Nutrition,
Liver & Kidney Compresses, Reflexology, Polarity Brain Balance, and Qigong


We will juice and discuss organ cleansing, experience a Castor oil compress for Liver and Ginger compress for Kidneys while receiving reflexology for organs and Polarity Brain Balance for Pituitary and Pineal glands. For generations, these treatments have been done in people’s homes to help detox and increase health. You will also learn Qigong for cleansing and strengthening the organs. 

Instructors: Suzanne Harper and Virginia Davis
Both Suzanne and Virginia have spent over 30 years exploring the art of self-care through Mind-Body Medicine and the following disciplines: Meditation, Nutrition and Cleansing, Qigong/Tai Chi, Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Being in Nature

What to bring: Rubber gloves, heating pad (if you have it) Just need one per pair.

Recommendation: Eat light. No dairy, gluten, or animal protein in morning. We will have fresh veggie juice for lunch. If you need more to eat, bring your own snack.
