Radical Self-Care
Saturday, January 18
12:00 - 1:30 pm
Why must our approach to self-care change?
Identify your current self-care methods and begin to develop a personalized wellness plan through exploration activities and discussions.
Join Asiyah DeGruy in exploring and defining radical self and holistic care through a discussion on spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness. We will identify ways to actively and lovingly use our own voice in prioritizing our own health in order to promote balance, a sense of self-acceptance and love. You will be guided through a loving-kindness meditation as well as grounding exercises to begin to establish the sacred connection between our bodies, our minds, and our spirits.
