Nurturing Yoga for Mindful Mothering

Picture
Fridays in September
September 9 - 30
10:00 am - 12:00 noon

A Four Session Course
with Carol Le Blanc, PhD of Mother Nurture Yoga

Practice gentle and restorative yoga for cultivating a calm and connected mothering presence. Learn a mindful approach to self-care and to parenting. Discover ways of sharing the art of mindful living with children.

New moms will enjoy nurturing yoga and support as they heal from childbirth, adjust to motherhood, and discover their own unique mother nature. Restorative yoga is particularly beneficial during early motherhood when sleep is at a premium! Postpartum moms also learn gentle techniques for bonding with and soothing their babies.

Moms of children (both younger and older) will nourish their bodies and souls while exploring strategies for balancing their lives, for connecting with children, and for enjoying the seasons of motherhood.

Four (two hour) Session Course:

Session One: Clear Awareness
Session Two: Calm Presence
Session Three: Compassion for Self or Child
Session Four: Connected Parent-Child Relationship

"You have to find a mother inside yourself. We all do.
Even if we already have a mother, we still have to
find this part of ourselves inside."
