Picture
Wednesday mornings, beginning March 8
8:30 - 9:30 am

Registration and commitment to 4 classes required - no drop-ins

Series of four classes - March 8 - 29

In this developmental yoga program, you will explore specific spiritual muscles - like compassion, connectedness, confidence in deeper levels of self-awareness. Through sometimes playful, breath-centered movement / yoga asanas and chanting, we will dive deeper into the essential qualities of yoga asanas, their deeper purposes and how they are relevant to your life -- especially in today’s world.

Sadani, certified yoga therapist, will lead you on a yogic adventure that promises to be fun, interesting, curious, awakening, and enlivening.  Join us to flex your spiritual muscles!

Sadani J. Houtz, Yoga Therapist & Yoga Educator,
Viniyoga & Kripalu Yoga Certified
