Thursday Mornings
9:30 - 10:20 am

A 6-week series, beginning October 20

Awaken to your body's inner dancer using basic rhythms based on the work of urban shaman and dance facilitator, Gabrielle Roth, and the developmental movements of Nia dance experience.  This is movement for self-discovery -- self-healing. Guided meditation in movement, Rhythm 'n Flow is movement that honors each woman's spirit, abilities and pace.
