NEW! Mindfulness & Acceptance for Anxiety

Beginning March 8, the group will meet for 8 weeks

Note: No meeting April 12 (Easter Holy Week)

Pre-registration and intake is required. This is not a drop-in group.

Join us as we learn to use practices of mindfulness and loving acceptance for handling anxiety in our daily lives. We will use interactive meetings, activities, and small homework assignments to help us work together on fully embracing the present moment.

The group will be lead by intern Emma Moates.

Suggested cost: $80 for the course
Some private insurance may be accepted for partial fee

If interested, the text we will be using is The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety by John P. Forsyth PhD & Georg H. Eifert, PhD.
More information concerning curriculum and materials will be offered at our first meeting, February 22.
