ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Diana Klein holds a B.A. in psychology from Marist College. She earned certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher through MMTCP, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and as a coach through Martha Beck's ICF-accredited Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program.
Diana has studied spiritual practices and psychology for over 20 years. During the last decade, mindfulness has played an invaluable role in her life, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to multiple life-changing illnesses, including CFS, endometriosis, skin and ovarian cancers, and depression. She teaches mindfulness in the hopes of sharing this understanding and freedom. She began coaching because she loves working 1:1 with people who need a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings, freeing them to make their best and truest contributions to the world!
