A Self-Empowerment Workshop Facilitated by Carolee Laffoon - Certified Heal Your Life® Coach & Mind-Body Skills Practitioner 

Discover simple coping skills to help reduce stress, manage anxiety and increase your resiliency. Learn basic, scientifically proven techniques practiced in Western medicine and traditional healing cultures in this workshop based on the teachings of The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (www.cmbm.org). This workshop will include experiences with relaxation techniques, imagery and using movement for improved health.

Monthly Self-Empowerment Workshops with Carolee

Carolee facilitates monthly Self-Empowerment Workshops on the 3rd Sunday of each month.
 In these monthly workshops, you'll practice self-empowering Heal Your Life® and Mind-Body exercises that are simple tools for transforming your life. You can expect to reduce your stress, increase your joy, and create more of what you desire in your life when you participate in these workshops.​
