Make Peace with Food and Body Image Workshop

Picture
Sunday, January 24
3:00 - 4:30 pm Central Time

Facilitated by Sandi Martin, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
PRESENTED ON ZOOM

You know it’s time to make peace with food and your body when…

- You are afraid to keep certain foods in your house
- You feel out of control or overeat the foods you are trying to avoid
- You are always starting a new diet or making a lifestyle change to lose weight only to gain it back
- You are unhappy or feel unhealthy at your current weight

You can learn to trust yourself around ALL foods (yes, even cookies) and have a more peaceful relationship with food. You can start to feel good in the body you have now instead of always trying to make it smaller.

In this workshop you will learn about diet culture and why diets don’t work so you can break up with dieting once and for all. There will be a couple of short teaching sessions, a guided mindful eating exercise and a group discussion. You will walk away with simple steps to start your journey of making peace with food and your body.
