A six-week course with Diana Klein on Zoom
This six-week Zoom course will provide beginners with an overview of mindfulness meditation—what it is, why it is helpful, and how to do it. Each 75-minute class will include a short talk, multiple guided meditation practices, sharing, and a question-and-answer period.
Topics covered include:
Though stemming from Vipassana Buddhism, this class is non-religious, and draws from various wisdom traditions.
All genders are welcome.
Suggested cost: $120 for the six-week course.

- Awakening presence in the body,
- Working with thoughts and emotions,
- Lovingkindness practice, and
- Mindfulness in daily life.

Class size is limited to 10 people. Registration may close earlier if the 10-person capacity has been reached.

Diana Klein has studied meditation and spiritual practices for over twenty years. In the last decade, she has found mindfulness meditation invaluable, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to multiple life-changing illnesses, including CFS, cancer, and depression. In January 2021, she graduated from and was certified by The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. In December 2021, she completed Wayfinder Life Coach Training with Martha Beck and is currently seeking certification.
