Journey inward to find the strength, guidance, and resilience needed to bring forth your truth into the world. Healing ourselves and healing the collective consciousness are all of one piece and are strongly needed at this time.
In the words of Goddess singer/songwriter Lisa Thiel:

Do not linger in the darkness, the time's a-coming for rebirth.
And the dreams of the people are like the flames waiting in the ashes.

Our work is to continually rebirth ourselves so that we may be midwives to a world in transition. Join us.
Breathwork journeys are done lying down, eyes closed, facilitated by chakra music and expressive arts. Patricia is trained in many healing arts modalities, and this is the one she finds the most deeply transformational. The work is based in western mystery school, transpersonal psychology, modern consciousness research, and Psycho-Spiritual Integration (PSI). Certification in Integrative Breathwork and PSI requires over 1,000 hours. Patricia has been facilitating these workshops since 1991 under the mentorship of Jacqueline Small, MSSW, and has been fully certified since 1995.
