Good Vibrations: The Healing Yoga of Sound with Sadani

Experience the universal sound of the gong and Tibetan singing bowls. Allow the sounds to take you into a state of peaceful meditation and touch you deeply at a cellular level. Let go of any expectations and experience total relaxation and connection with the sounds of the universe.

The harmonics of sound work to create order out of chaos. Discover for yourself how our bodies and minds seek to resonate with the different frequencies of sound.

In this series of classes, explore vibration and sound and experience personal recalibration, using yoga asanas and vibration of gong, Tibetan bowls and mantra (chanting). Led by Instructor Sadani J. Houtz, Yoga Therapist & Yoga Educator, Viniyoga & Kripalu Yoga Certified.

Please bring a yoga mat & blanket and a shawl for warmth in relaxation.

Come for the whole series, or attend classes singly

Value: $40 / paid in advance

“At the root of all power and motion, there is music and rhythm, the play of patterned frequencies against the matrix of time. We know that every particle in the physical universe takes its characteristics from the pitch and pattern and overtones of its particular frequencies, its singing. Before we make music, music makes us.”
