Dealing with Anticipatory Grief

Identify Anticipatory Grief and Learn Vital Coping Skills
 
In times of uncertainty, humans have a tendency to increase their anxiety and stress by worrying about loss. This applies to both actual loss and anticipatory loss.

This session will review the signs and symptoms of anticipatory grief and how to cope with those signs and symptoms. Learn how to relieve your worry and stress during this challenging time.


Presented by Lisa Sigsworth, RN, Certified Hypnotist, Life and Meditation Coach, author and lecturer. Lisa's education and experience encompass Grief and Loss, Death and Dying, Terminal Illness; Anxiety, Depression and PTSD; Advanced Meditation; Soul and Core Retrieval and Wellness; Addictive Disorders; Goal resetting and reframing; Transitional Detachment and Life Coaching.
