Anti-Resolutions:
Be a Better You with No Pressure and No Guilt

Picture
Saturday, January 30
1:00 - 2:30 pm Central Time

Facilitated by Amy Fairchild, LCSW
PRESENTED ON ZOOM

Year after year many of us make resolutions—and year after year, many of us fail to make those changes a reality.

So this year instead of declaring new grand life goals, consider making anti-resolutions. Anti-resolutions focus on making a commitment to stop doing something in order to make room for the things that we enjoy!

Join us as we explore this concept and identify some of the current things in our life that we can cut out to allow our 2021 year to be more fulfilling!
