A Day of Mindfulness: The Five Remembrances

Picture
Saturday, March 17
9:00 am - 3:30 pm

The program is open to Members and Friends of the North Shore Rising Sun Sangha. Previous experience with meditation will be very helpful, as we will sit in noble silence for extended periods of time.

The Five Remembrances are five truths that the Buddha said we should all contemplate and accept regarding the nature of life and death. Read more here: https://www.thoughtco.com/the-five-remembrances-449551

There is no charge to participate, though we ask those who are able to contribute towards paying the rent for the day's use of the Great Room.

Each person please bring your own lunch, which we will eat together mindfully!
