Jackson holds a Doctorate of Education Degree, Masters of Arts in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources, Bachelors of Science in Business Management, Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, Supervision and Coordination Vocational Adult Education Credential and is a licensed minister. She is the former Owner/CEO of Career Advancement Services consultants; a retired High School Administrator and College/University Dean; a former Board Member for the Women’s Center for Healing & Transformation. She is the past President of Louisiana Professional Women’s Association, Covington Chapter and past President of the National Association of Professional Women, Covington Chapter. Dr. Jackson is a Louisiana native, growing up in Shreveport and attending college in California. Her dedication and experience in business organization, facilitating workshops, lectures, seminars, and public speaking is well-known throughout the United States.

deSha St. Pierre is a native of Louisiana, growing up in Baton Rouge and attending Louisiana State University focusing on Business Administration and Management. After college, she spent the next five years living in several countries in the Far East. The culture and beauty inspired her to collect handicraft and artifacts from these cultures and set up shop on Magazine Street in New Orleans. That was the beginning of her entrepreneurial quests. Since, deSha has owned several businesses and worked in management and the accounting field in the oil and gas industry. She is a certified Health Coach, past Vice President of the Louisiana Professional Women's Association and past Vice President of the National Association of Professional Women, Covington Chapter.
