Experience Kaiut Yoga Method

Get relief from pain and stiffness while building strength, flexibility and balance. This is yoga for every body - any age, and all abilities.

In this workshop, we will experience the healing aspects of yoga through a simple and accessible method called Kaiut Yoga. This method focuses on biomechanical health and addresses mental and physical health issues that often arise due the pace and stresses of modern life.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or trauma or simply feeling the effects of aging, traditional yoga poses can feel intimidating. Kaiut Yoga places value on the function and effects each position has on the internal systems of the body and we’re not concerned with forcing our bodies into any particular aesthetic shape. The modified positions we use work for every practitioner regardless of flexibility or fitness level.

The method provides a supportive environment and uses simple and accessible modifications of traditional yoga poses to achieve profound results.

Experience Kaiut Yoga with Sati Yoga New Orleans in this special Northshore workshop at the Women's Center.
