This class is a combination of fitness methods rooted in Qigong - an ancient form of Chinese fitness and wellness exercises. The routines are designed to work the muscles and ligaments in gentle stretching and strengthening exercises.

Qigong is a self-care practice that involves gentle movement with breath, self-massage, and meditation to calm the mind, strengthen and heal the muscles, tendons and organs, and bring awareness to blockages in chi (life energy) caused by poor posture, diet, emotional holding patterns, and habitual ways of moving, thinking, and feeling.

Join us to learn how to channel and balance the profound energy and information that is your human energy system. Leave feeling more energized, stronger and full of energy. Whether you are already in shape or just getting started, you can benefit from the class and the community of women.

Wear any clothes that you can move in and feel good in. We look forward in seeing you in class!
