Diving Deep: A Mindful Journey – Sally Dunn, KRI, RYT
How can we live a fulfilling, content and happy life? Suggestions come through the media…buy this and do that and then you will be satisfied. Mindfulness is a practice to become liberated from suffering. This workshop may shift your awareness and open your understanding to the most simple to learn, yet most profound tools: allowing you to walk on the lighted path of liberation. Once we can see distressing emotions as suffering, we can practice compassion mindfully within ourselves and others. Sally practices Vipassana meditation. Buddhist teacher: The Venerable Khentrul Rinpoche. Yoga certifications: KRI and RYT, Kundalini yoga and Hatha Prenatal yoga.
