A six-week program of Strengthening Exercises for Older Women, taught by Virginia Davis, RN, LMT

We've all read about the benefits of strength conditioning for older bodies: building muscle mass, defending against osteoporosis through increased bone density, improving balance and stability, and so much more.

We know we'd like to incorporate strengthening exercises into our routines, but many of us need the guidance of a teacher to begin. Join Virginia for this 6-week program to create the habit of training.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, resistance bands and lightweight dumbells if you have them.

Suggested cost: $60 for the 6-week series

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required to hold your spot. This is not a drop-in group.
