A group of women that supports each other in our own journeys to live wholehearted lives, to find spiritual groundedness, and to be our best, most authentic selves

This group was started initially to give a group of women a way to support each other to live their lives with their whole hearts. To live life, as author Brene' Brown says, with “a strong back, soft front, and wild heart.” What is this wild heart? Where can we find it and reconnect with who we each uniquely are? We join together each month to explore some facet of this process and explore Brene’s dictum to “let go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embrace who we are.”

In 2020, the group will be working through The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. While this text is - on the surface - designed to unlock lost or buried artistic creativity, it is really about reconnecting with our true selves to live on purpose.

This group might be for you if…
  • You want to get back in touch with who you really are - regardless of the role you play or the hats you wear. You want to explore what your purpose is and how to live authentically even as you are pulled in many different directions.
  • You want to deepen your creative pursuits. Perhaps it's quilting or writing or sculpting. Perhaps you want to reconnect with a passion you had earlier in life or just make time for projects you’re putting off.
  • You want to grapple with a problem you feel drawn to solve. You want to bring fresh energy, hope and ideas to find or work towards a solution. Perhaps it's a big picture problem like climate change or gun laws or perhaps it's a community issue like local access to food.
  • You like being in a group of women and want to spend time together. The benefits from regular interaction with a restorative community of women are boundless.
