This weekly class is an opportunity to deepen one’s understanding of mindfulness, to cultivate ease and joy, and to practice in community—all with a spirit of kindness, levity, and curiosity.
Each 75-minute session will include a short opening meditation, a talk on the week’s special topic, a longer guided practice, and a question & answer/discussion period. Though stemming from Buddhist ideas and practices, this class is non-religious, and draws on wisdom from various spiritual and philosophical traditions. This class is open to all levels of experience and to all genders.

Diana Klein has studied meditation and other spiritual practices for over twenty years. In the last decade, she has found mindfulness meditation invaluable, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to physical and emotional challenges. In January 2021, she successfully completed her certification from The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
