Mindfulness Meditation Weekly Drop-in Class

Picture
Sunday evenings
6:15 - 6:45 pm Central

Attend regularly or drop in anytime - sessions are being held on Zoom

This weekly meditation is an opportunity to deepen mindfulness, to cultivate ease and joy, and to practice in community—all with a spirit of kindness, levity, and curiosity.

Each 30-minute session will include a brief check-in and a 15- to 20-minute meditation practice.
Though stemming from Buddhism, this practice is non-religious, and draws from various wisdom traditions. These sessions are open to all levels of experience and to all genders.

Diana Klein has studied meditation and other spiritual practices for over twenty years. In the last decade, she has found mindfulness meditation invaluable, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to physical and emotional challenges. She completed her certification from The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in January 2021.

Questions about class content may be directed to Diana at msdianaklein@hotmail.com.
