Become your own bodyworker and learn the Melt Method
For anyone who wants LESS PAIN and better BALANCE, STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY
Learn Melt Method Techniques using the SOFT MELT Method therapy balls and SOFT MEMORY FOAM ROLLER to reduce pain and strain, breathe better, enhance strength, protection and stability for better balance and optimal health.
Classes include instruction and practice on MELT Method Techniques for hands, feet, back, neck, hips and legs including Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate and Release techniques. All it takes is 10 minutes a day for a minimum of 3 days a week to create healthy changes and feel good in your body!
Participation in Monday’s Yoga class at 10:30 am is highly encouraged. See Yoga for Stress Relief
