Brandi is a certified Life and Health Coach from the Life and Health Coach Institute. She is also a certified Level 2 Trauma informed breathwork facilitator from Pause. She began her journey to healing after the birth of her third child through therapy, life coaches, breathwork and Jesus. Her approach to healing is one that incorporates Mind, Body and Spirit.
