Three Essential Skills to Creating Connection

The Learning to Love Course will begin to peel back the layers to what Self-Love is really about. When you have self-care, self-compassion and self-clarity, so many areas in your life change. You stand taller, your eyes glow, your lips smile and there is genuine peace in your heart. Loving yourself has a positive ripple effect on every aspect of your life.

This Course Teaches:
  • greater self-awareness and empathy
  • better, happier relationships
  • deeper and more meaningful connections
  • higher levels of self-worth, clarity and self-love
  • moving out of fear and into love
  • ways for more consistent love-in-action
What to Expect:
  • online group coaching course with all materials included
  • live on Zoom for four (4) consecutive weeks
  • learn skills, techniques and frameworks
  • experiential activity in breakout rooms of 2-3 women
  • large group sharing and takeaways
  • ways to continue moving forward after course is over
  • additional opportunities
Topics Covered in the Course:

Self-Observation
The foundation of awareness.
Observation is at the very heart of getting to know yourself. With compassion and without judgment (like a video camera), you observe what’s going on inside yourself: your self-talk, your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, your readiness to connect, your common first reactions.

Self-Love
An important skill to learn.
Embrace yourself with the same empathy, kindness, support, and playfulness as you do others. Self-love is a journey that takes practice and skill. Love isn't just an emotion ... it's also a choice, an action, an ongoing practice. We begin with understanding what self-love is (as a skill), and then learn how to put it into action.

From Fear-to-Love
The actualization of change.
We can’t change others nor make them be who we want them to be. But we can change ourselves. Change begins with looking at our own thoughts, behaviors and patterns. Our current thinking is often habitual and reactive tending to create the same unwanted results repeatedly. Learn how to be love-in-action.

Debbie Pearson
Debbie Pearson is a coach, visionary, self-sustaining leader, and author. Her heart-centered work teaches women to honor their inner voice and find self-love, bringing them to a life of purpose, fulfillment, and emotional freedom.

At age 56, Deb still felt lost and unfulfilled, and still looking for her purpose. Looking to understand her own emotional pain and anger, Debbie went to Spain, alone, to backpack the 500-mile trek known as El Camino de Santiago. The longer she walked, the more she came to understand her place and what was truly important to her - healing from the emotional wounds of childhood and helping other women do the same.

Deb is owner of the Inner Mastery Learning Center, facilitating programs to help women find greater purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.

She can be reached at Deb@InnerMasteryLearningCenter.com.
