In the midst of a crisis, big or small, we may find ourselves feeling afraid of what is next because things seem uncertain. What if rather than becoming engulfed in the fear of uncertainty, we use these moments as an opportunity to ground ourselves in Love.
Join Irina Sleptsova in a new group forming to explore grounding techniques and dispel uncertainty with discussion and conversation. Irina is a social worker and certified yoga teacher who will guide you on this journey.

While not a substitute for group psychotherapy or individual mental health treatment, this free supportive group will allow for facilitated sharing to lessen burdens and increase resiliency. Referral to other resources is available.

This group is for women only. If you know a man who would benefit from a group like this, NAMI offers peer to peer support and groups for family members of those with mental health issues.
About the Facilitatator:
Irina Sleptsova, MS, LMSW
Irina graduated from Tulane School of Social Work and provided counseling service to families, worked with clients affected by substance use disorders. She has also worked in an acute psychiatric hospital and a women’s shelter.
