Join artist and art therapist Gail Ann Gillian, M.A., for this insightful and creative art therapy workshop.
After a sacred safe space is established, the group will participate in a guided imagery meditation for connecting with our inner selves, relaxation and opening the chakra energy centers.
This process will create openings for finding/meeting/exploring our animal spirit guides.
Animals carry many medicines and lessons, which help us grow and evolve on our journeys here on earth. We will then establish an even deeper connection to these animals through the art process by creating them. There will be a brief discussion following for added insights.
Use crayons, colored pencils and markers for your unique creation!
