Presenter Bio: Sarah Buino, LCSW, RDDP, CADC, NMT is a transformative therapist, teacher, and speaker. As the founder of Head/Heart Therapy, a thriving Chicago-based group practice, and Head/Heart Business Therapy, a consulting agency focusing on organizational wellness for therapists and healthcare businesses, Sarah has made a significant impact on mental health. She holds numerous certifications, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Dual Diagnosis Professional, Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor, and NARM Master Therapist, with a master's degree from Loyola University. Sarah is also the visionary behind the captivating podcast, "Conversations with a Wounded Healer," fearlessly exploring the parallel journey of helping professionals as they navigate their own healing process while supporting their clients. As the former host of the podcast "Transforming Trauma," she educated listeners on the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) for healing Complex Trauma. A respected member of Loyola University's adjunct faculty, Sarah instructs courses on substance abuse, nurturing the next generation of social workers. Collaborating with Sarah Suzuki, she facilitates workshops and provides leadership consultation services to promote antiracism and liberation. |
