- Increase awareness regarding present changes in this COVID-19 time
- Learn skills to cope amongst the change through application of a positive mindset in scripture and prayer
- Increase knowledge of how to cope through shifting into Hope

The group will close to new participants after the second session for cohesive, confidential, collective flow.

About the Facilitatator:
Melissa Copeland, with a Masters of Education is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, whose area of focus is resilience counselling. Her areas of experience include psych-educational topics of anxiety, trauma, divorce, grief, autism, social skills, anger management and self-esteem, to name a few. Melissa approaches counselling from an Adlerian cognitive-behavioral, Christian perspective. Patterns of thoughts and behaviors are explored in order to better understand the client’s problems and develop solutions. |
