Supporting Women in a Group Meeting Format with a Christian Perspective

Change is constant. It happens in many ways, and can leave a permanent imprint on your being. It can be for better or for worse. The question is how will you “cope” in its path?

 In this group, participants will:
  • Increase awareness regarding present changes in this COVID-19 time
  • Learn skills to cope amongst the change through application of a positive mindset in scripture and prayer
  • Increase knowledge of how to cope through shifting into Hope

Topics:
  • Introduction - Identifying Changes
  • Emotional Habits
  • Coping with Change - Know your Strength
  • Coping with Change - Know The Brain
  • A Resilient Room of Care
  • The Anchor of Hope

The group will close to new participants after the second session for cohesive, confidential, collective flow.

This group is for women only. Participation in this group is not a substitute for group psychotherapy or individual mental health treatment. Referral to other resources is available.
