E. Francoise Parr, SSP, NCSP, LPC

Francoise earned a Master of Arts degree in general counseling from Louisiana Tech and a Specialist in School Psychology degree in school psychology from LSU-Shreveport. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and is currently pursuing a PhD in counselor education and supervision.

Francoise is committed to the wellness of individuals, couples, and families through the use of evidence-based counseling interventions. She has extensive experience working with a multitude of issues including school and behavior, parenting, divorce, relationship, trauma, anxiety, and depression.​


She is providing individual and group counseling for women within her internship at the Women’s Center non-profit and is supervised by Women's Center Co-Director Patricia Stout, LCSW-BACS.

Available for on on one counseling sessions and crisis counseling. ​
Fee: $90, sliding scale sessions are available.
Private pay and Blue Cross/Blue Shield accepted. 


Francoise has weekday appointments available
 on Monday-Thursday, 12-1:00 pm and 4-5:00 pm.
