With Patricia Stout

Any woman can join in or return at any time, however, please contact us first to make sure we haven't made a last-minute change to our schedule among ourselves. RSVP is essential for this reason.

Join the Women’s Center for 60 minutes of vocal meditations, intentional songs and sound-movement improvisations. This is a group that focuses on being in the now - making each gathering not just a rehearsal, but rather a choir experience in itself. Not living for the future performance (or past experience with music) but in the present, and dwelling in the beauty of harmonies blending together, and texts reaching new depths of meaning as we sing them together.

This is an intergenerational, interfaith, multicultural, and LGBT-friendly group. Open to all women and girls above 13 years old, from all walks of life, all spiritual and cultural backgrounds. Invite a friend.

No musical experience is necessary. All you need is a desire to share your voice and express all of yourself!

Cost: $10 - $15 /month, Sliding Scale
Student rate--as needed; speak with director.

Regular attendance is warmly encouraged in order to deepen the experience and the bonds within the group.
