Having important life skills can lead to a more fulfilling life!  Come join us as we learn mindfulness techniques, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance to develop the skills needed to establish a rewarding life!

This psychoeducational group will focus on educating women about their emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression along with ways to cope and experience positive behavioral change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a type of cognitive behavioral therapy, will be the focus of the group through the use of the workbook entitled The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook. Get on the list today!  Limited spots are available.

Facilitated by E. Francoise Parr, SSP, LPC, and Ph.D. candidate
